At Extract AI, customer trust is our top priority. Our platform users include financial services providers, oil and gas companies and governmental agencies, who trust us with some of their most sensitive information. We know that customers care deeply about privacy and data security. That is why we implement responsible and sophisticated technical and physical controls that are designed to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your content.

Extract AI continually monitors the evolving privacy regulatory and legislative landscape to identify changes and determine what tools our customers might need to meet their compliance needs depending upon their applications. We recommend that customers with questions regarding Extract AI and/or our data protection regulations contact us via [email protected] immediately. Maintaining customer trust is an ongoing commitment. We strive to inform you of the privacy and data security policies, practices, and technologies we’ve put in place. These commitments include:

1. Access

As a customer, you maintain full control of your content and responsibility for what to upload onto our platform. You may also delete any content at any time of your liking. In cases where we deal with service providers by providing APIs for data transfer, you can configure access control permissions for these services. Any request to delete information will be processed and completed within three (3) working days. We do not access or use your content for any other purpose, other than that agreed upon, without your consent. We never use your content or derive information from it for marketing or advertising.

2. Security and Data Privacy.

2.1 Security Mechanism: We will implement reasonable and appropriate measures designed to help you secure your content against accidental or unlawful loss, access or disclosure. We have developed a security assurance program that uses best practices for global privacy and data protection to help you operate securely and to make the best use of our security control environment.

2.2 Data Privacy: We will not access or use your content except as necessary to maintain or provide the service offerings, or as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body. We will not (a) disclose your content to any government or third party or move your content to other database systems; except in each case as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body. Unless it would violate the law or a binding order of a governmental body, we will give you notice of any legal requirement or order.

3. Proprietary Rights.

3.1 Your Content: We obtain no rights from you (or your licensors) to your content. When using our platform or any other services associated with it, you consent to our use of your content to provide the service offerings to you and any end users.

3.2 Adequate Rights: When using Extract AI’s platform, you also represent and warrant to us that: (a) you or your licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to your content and suggestions.
